The Manuscrit d'Apt or Apt Codex (F-Apt 16 bis; trésor de la Cathédrale Ste Anne, Apt, France) is a manuscript in choirbook format containing chiefly polyphony for the ordinary of the mass. The work of 8 copyists, its repertory (4 motets, 10 Kyries, 9 Glorias, 10 Credos, 4 Sanctus, 1 Agnus and 10 hymns) is believed to have originated in the Papal Chapel at Avignon during the the Great Schism (1377-1417). Composers include Philippe de Vitry, Baude Cordier, Tapissier, Tailhandier, Murrin, Suzoy, Perrinet, Defronciaco, and Guymont.
