Latin text Aspice, Domine, quia facta est desolata civitas plena divitiis.
Plorans ploravit in nocte, et lacrimae eius in maxillis eius. Mira, Señor, cómo ha quedado desolada la ciudad antes llena de riquezas. |
English translation Behold, O Lord, how the city full of riches is become desolate.
Weeping, she has wept all night, And her tears are on her cheeks. |
