Audi, ô Domine, meum clamorem,
faciem tuam a me ne absconde,
namque ut fumus sunt dies mei,
cor meum ad te, aures tuas a me cur vertis?

Amicus nullus est qui me non neget,
pro panibus in cinere me pavi & fletu multo,
nec tamen latui ab ira tua,
cur denuo non precer?

Ergo Deus, ad quem omnes gentes confugiunt,
& reges se demittunt,
qui meritis tuis se frui norunt.

Ah ne me deferas, tu es defensor & Dominus,
rei abs te creatae,
atque semper eris in omne aevum.
