Latin text Hodie Christus natus est. Glorificate. Hodie Christus de cælos descendit. Occurrite. Hodie Christus in terra homo factus est. Gaudete et exultate Domino omnis terra, et in lætitia cantate populi. Nam hodie verbum caro factum est de Virgine Maria.

English translation Christ is born today. Glorify him. Christ came down from the heavens today. Engage with him. Christ is made man on earth today.
