Latin.png Latin text

Illuxit nunc sacra dies celebranda per orbem.
Nascitur omniparens qua puer atque salus.
Aurum, thus, myrrham nunc acceptabile tempus
magnanimi heroes cui sua dona dabunt.
Inde redundabit famulis haec gratia nobis,
psallamus tandem cantica grata duci.

English.png English translation

A sacred day now shines, to be celebrated throughout the world.
On which is born the child and universal savior.
Gold, frankincense, and myrrh— now is the acceptable time,
for which the great heroes will give their gifts.
Thus this grace will overflow to us, His servants,
let us finally sing songs of thanks to the leader.
