Text and translations

English.png English translation

At that time, Jesus took his twelve disciples aside and said to them:
Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and everything will be fulfilled, which the prophets have written about the Son of Man:
he will be handed over to the Gentiles and mocked, whipped, and spat upon:
and after he has been scourged, he will be put to death, and on the third day he will rise up.
