  • (Posted 2012-06-13)  CPDL #26500:        (Sibelius 7)
Editor: Edmund Gooch (submitted 2012-06-13).   Score information: A4, 2 pages, 52 kB   Copyright: Public Domain
Edition notes: The alto part is printed in the source in the treble clef, an octave above sounding pitch. It has here been given an octave lower (in accordance with modern convention), with the exception of bars 1, 2, 5 and 6, which are notated at the same octave as in the source, as potentially more comfortable for some altos. The first verse only of the text is underlaid in the source: three subsequent verses have been added editorially.
