Edition notes: This edition is based on the MusicXML files in CPDL #38566. It has been visually checked against IMSLP #392310 and IMSLP #91690–91776 for correct notes and lyrics. Short excerpts of the solo parts and the piano reduction in IMSLP #392310 have been added during any pause of more than six measures for cueing purposes.
