Latin text Nuntius celso veniens Olympo Te Patri magnum fore nasciturum, Nomen et vitae seriem gerendae Ordine promit. Gloria Patri, genitaeque Proli, et tibi compar utriusque semper, Spiritus alme, Deus unus omnium, tempore saeculi. Amen.

English translation An angel came from high Olympus [heaven] to foretell your great birth to your father, spelling your name and your fate. Glory be to the Father, and to his begotten Son, And to thee, always equal to both, gracious Spirit, one God of all, for ever. Amen.
