1. O Sacred Heart of Jesus, fountain of love, of love divine,
source of blessing, vast mercy, symbol of God’s great love for me.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus, burning with love for me. Oh! Inflame my heart with love for thee.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus, merciful heart of Jesus, I put my trust in thee my Lord.

2. O Sacred Heart of Jesus, source of true knowledge of Christ,
Help me to understand God’s love, perceive his deeper love for me.
