Latin text Obsecro Domine, mitte quem missurus es, et vide afflictionem populi tui: Sicut locutus es, veni, et libera nos.

English translation I beseech you, O Lord, send him whom thou wilt send, and see the affliction of thy people: As Thou hast promised, come, and deliver us.
