Can this be modified to all "or" instead of "and" when listing multiple voicings?

 Help

Would it be possible to add an optional parameter to allow it to specify "SAATB, SATTB or AATTB" where describing alternate voicings rather than separate voicings for different editions? E.g. Exurgat_Deus_a_5_(François_Gallet)

The "and" irks me too, and I tend to replace MultiVoicing with Template:Voicing in cases like Gallet. But I'm not sure I understand your alternate/separate distinction: would If ye love me (Thomas Tallis)'s SATB/AATB be alternate and SATB (in F)/TTBB (in C) separate? Number of voices

What (if anything) is the first parameter of this template and Template:Voicing supposed to do? I tried a multi-category search for St. Lucy and 4vv, and it didn't seem to matter that Sul mare luccica (Santa Lucia) (Traditional) is only described as 8 vv. It came up anyway, presumably because of the SSAATTBB,SATB in the 2nd argument. Richard Mix (talk) 06:20, 13 August 2019 (UTC)

What am I overlooking?

I tried to follow the example in the documentation, but something is still wrong at Pater noster, CG 127 (Charles Gounod) Richard Mix (talk) 01:31, 20 June 2020 (UTC)

Richard, you wrote |1= and |2= instead of |1st= and |2nd= :D —Carlos (talk) 19:44, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
