Description: Polyphonic setting of verses 2, 4, and 6 of the hymn 'A solis ortus cardine', implying alternatim with plainsong which has been editorially supplied. Allusion to the plainsong melody in the Discantus. Resinarius gives two endings which end in different modes, although the second ending in the Bassus part has been crossed out all three times.
