Ave Maria, grátia pléna, Dóminus técum.

Quæ cum audísset,

turbáta est, turbáta est, in sermóne éjus, et cogitábat

quális ésset ísta salutátio.

Ne tímeas María.

Ecce concípies in utero,

et páries fílium,

et vocábis nómen éjus Jesum.

Quómodo, quómodo fíet ístud,

quóniam vírum non cognósco ?

Spíritus sanctus súper véniet in te,

et vírtus Altíssimi

obumbrábit tíbi.

Ecce ancíla Dómini,

fíat, fíat míhi secúndum vérbum túum !
