Au roussignol an cel boys,
Di qu'il m'envoyst saluer
La doulce blonde au vis clair
Et que je l'aime sanz fausser
Mais certes ne l'ose nommer.

El froyt moys de janvier,
Voys la chair salée,
Gras chapons a mengier;
Dame bien parée,
