De lustelijcke mey es nu in sijnen tijt,
met sijne groene blaederen,
u leifflijckaen schouwen die venus dienaer sijt,
men mach u niet verfaden,
wat bij des meys virtuyt,
so menich cleyn vogelken ruyt,
sijne sanck is soet om hooren
dus willen wy vruecht orboren.
