Latin text Dilexisti justitiam, et odisti iniquitatem: propterea unxit te Deus, Deus tuus, oleo laetitiae, prae consortibus tuis.

English translation Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
