Description: A Responsorium transcribed from the Trent manuscript tr88. The time signatures and the notes' values are as in the manuscript. The Tenor’s time signature is puzzling, the real meaning is that the “cantus firmus” is in “proportio dupla” vs. the other two voices. The notes' values within the "ligaturæ" are as follows: the left upstemmed notes are semibreves - the unstemmed notes are breves - the right downstemmed note are longæ. The "musica ficta" suggestions are in the MIDI and MusicXML files.

manducare vobiscum antequam patiar.
et accepto pane gratias agens
et dedit illis dicens:
hoc est corpus meum.
Fecit Asuerus rex grande convivium
cunctis principibus et pueris suis,
ut ostenderet divitias regni sui.

Jesus legte sich nieder und seine Jünger mit ihm und er sagte:
Mit Sehnsucht habe ich ersehnt, dieses Pascha
mit euch zu essen, bevor ich leide.
Und nachdem er das Brot genommen hatte, sagte er Dank
und gab es ihnen und sagte:
Das ist mein Leib.
