Life

Born: 29 August 1772, Cheshire, Connecticut

Died: April 1850, Argyle, New York

Biography Eliakim Doolittle was a schoolteacher, singing master, and composer. He lived in Hampton, New York, and Pawlet, Vermont. His older brother Amos was a famous engraver and tunebook publisher.
