Life

Born: Unknown, fl. late 14th C.

Died: Unknown

Biography: Little is known of this Ars Nova composer other than his lament on the death of Guillaume de Machaut, found in the Chantilly Codex. Based on similarity of styles, a few other works are believed to possibly have been penned by him. Believed to be Franco-Flemish.
