Locutus est Dominus ad Moysen
dicens, Descende in Egyptum,
edic Pharaoni ut
dimitat populum meum.
Clamor filiorum Ysrael
venit coram meam.

English translation

The Lord spoke to Moses
saying, "Descend into Egypt
announce to Pharaoh that he
may release my people.
The cry of the sons of Israel
has come before me."
