Biography
Matthew Carver is a translator of German and classical literature. His interests lie in art, orthodox Lutheran theology, liturgy, and hymnody.
Matthew received a BA from California State University, Long Beach with a double major in German Studies and Classical Civilization. He also holds an MFA in Painting and Drawing from San Francisco Art Institute.
He resides in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife Amanda, and their young son. (copied from the Concordia Publishing House entry.)
