Edition notes: The continuo part has been realised in a simple fashion, I leave it up to the performer to embellish. William Boyce has altered several harmonies, removing some of the more unusual chromatic notes (alas)!

Description: This is a version of "O Lord my God'" by Pelham Humfrey, but in a truncated version by William Boyce (1711-1779). He also altered chords and filled out harmonies, as well as to update the work to the fashion of his own day.
