hostia vera, viva caro, Deitas integra,
verus homo factus virginitatis.
English translation
Hail, light of the world, word of the Father,
true sacrifice, living flesh, wholly God,
true man born of a virgin.
German translation
Sei gegrüßt, Licht der Welt, Wort des Vaters,
wahre Opfergabe, lebendiges Fleisch, vollkommene Gottheit,
wahrer Mensch der Jungfräulichkeit geworden.
