On IMSLP this piece appears in an 1856 publication "Musica Sacra: Sammlung kirchlicher Musik" (vol. 2) - earlier than the 1876 publication cited on the page - where it is ascribed to Bartolomeo Cordans (1698-1757). It also includes a second part, Parce quaeso bone Deus."
