I propose moving this page to 'Vola il tempe e sa manchare (Juan Escribano)'. According to RISM they are the same person, and Escribano already has a composer page on CPDL. GeoffG (talk) 23:55, 15 September 2020 (UTC)

I actually second this, either by changing the works page to 'Vola il tempo e sa manchere (Juan Escribano)' or to 'Vola il tempo e sa manchere (Ioannes Scrivano/Juan Escribano)'. In the later chase, the composer's page should also be revised. I was in a hurry when posting the first version of this edition and was not aware of the identification in RISM. (Sorry I strive to be accurate in the background work). I have updated the edition PDF and source file giving the composer as Ioannes Scrivano (Juan Escribano). (I would actually prefer works- and composer-page giving both the name in its Spanish form and in the Italian form of the name as that is the one indicated in the source.

I will postpone the posting of an edition of the second work by Escribano/Scrivano in Canzoni Nove and wait for these changes. Andreas Stenand
