This template is used to cite a template, ie. to provide a link to the template cited without having to type something like [[Template:Long template name|Long template name]].
Usage:
{{CiteTemp|<template name>}}
as in Language, or
{{CiteTemp|<template name>|<alternate text>}}
as in language template
