Mikolaj Zielenski Manuscripts

Hello Anna Maria, I am trying to see if it is possible to access copies of the Zielenski manuscripts, and your name has cropped up very recently here in connection, so I wondered whether you might be able to get in touch? richard [a] cathedralchoir . org . uk With thanks, Richard. — User:Richardshakeshaft 15:47, 3 January 2022‎

Thank you for your message. I use this edition Institute of Art of the Polish Academy of Sciences . You can order printing on request from that page Polish Music Publishing House . It is a post-war interpretation of oryginal facsimile. Not necessarily accurate. Some Polish vocal groups specializing in early music create their own arrangements. I'm not sure the originals have been digitized. I have not found them either in the Jagiellonian or Wrocław library. I only found a few studies published before the war: Polona - Polish Digital Library - Collection and O gloriosa Domina. There is also an early post-war study Benedicimus Deum coeli. I hope that I helped. Greetings. — Anna Maria 09:35, 4 January 2022

Richard, also note the discussions of sources quoted on the Mikolaj Zielenski page. — Barry Johnston (talk) 17:17, 4 January 2022 (UTC)

Your recent contribution pages

Hello, I am happy to see your recent pages of Mikolaj Zielenski works. The transcriptions are well done! May I add a few hints for you?

  1. Two categories need to appear at the end of work pages (pages with transcribed music): "[[Category:Sheet music]]" and "[[Category:Renaissance music]]". These categories are necessary for the proper functioning of other pages, especially publication pages such as Offertoria totius anni (Mikolaj Zielenski). These categories are automatically added by the Add Work Form, which you can access by clicking on the "add new work" tab on the Mikolaj Zielenski page. Instructions for the Add Work Form can be found here.
  2. New publications are best added using instructions found on the {{New publication}} page.
  3. You can see what changes have been made to a page by clicking the "history" tab on any page.
