English text
How sweet the voice, how sweet the hand,
That leads to pastures fair;
To Canaan's milk and honey land,
Which God's own children share.
Grace rich and free most sweetly call,
Directly come who will,
Just as you are, for Christ receives
Poor helpless sinners still.
