- Edition notes: The text for the bass part in the second choir seems to have been added in a different hand. The text for the bass part in the third choir was never added even though the text fits the music perfectly. It is possible that these were intended as instrumental parts.

Description: A motet with unusual "minstrel" accompaniment including chirimías and sackbuts. The work may be 7 or 9 part depending on whether the bass parts in the second and third choirs are regarded as for voice or for instrument (or both). The first choir consists of a solo soprano. Where the score says "término de ministriles", the intention appears to be that "minstrel" instruments be added, e.g. flute, lute, fiddle, bagpipes, flageolets, citterns, and kettledrums.
This work is very similar in style to Credidi propter quod locutus sum (Antonio de Salazar).
