Description: This vocal composition is a Negrito, or Guineo in four voices. A popular genre of vocal polyphonic music that imitated the spanish that african slaves spoke. Such pieces usually present a dialog between two participants and a tutti polyphonic section. The rhythmic treatment is thought to be inspired by african music. Albeit, in these pieces, it is apropiated and stylized in a polyphonic manner.
