Latin text Dulcis Christe, o bone Deus, O amor meus, o vita mea, O salus mea, o gloria mea. Tu es Creator, Tu es Salvator mundi. Te volo, Te quaero, Te adoro, o dulcis Amor Te adoro, o care Jesu.

German translation Süßer Christus, o guter Gott, O meine Liebe, o mein Leben, O mein Heil, o mein Ruhm. Du bist der Schöpfer, Du bist der Erlöser der Welt. Dich will ich, Dich suche ich, Dich bete ich an, o süße Liebe Dich bete ich an, o lieber Jesus.
