Latin text Hosanna, Hosanna filio David Benedictus qui venit in nomine Domini. Rex Israel: Hosanna, Hosanna in Excelsis. Confitemini Domino, quoniam bonus, quoniam in saeculum misericordia eius. Deus meus es tu, et confitebor tibi, Deus meus, et exaltabo te.

English translation Hosanna son of David: Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord, King of Israel: Hosanna in the highest. O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: His mercy endures for ever. Thou art my God and I will praise thee; thou art my God, I will exalt thee.
