Latin text Ingrediente Domino in Sanctam civitatem, Hebraeorum pueri resurrectionem vitae pronuntiantes, cum ramis palmarum: Hosanna, clamabant, in excelsis. Cumque audisset populus, quod Iesus veniret Ierosolymam, exierunt obviam ei.

English translation As our Lord entered the holy city, Hebrew children, declaring the resurrection of life with palm branches, cried out: Hosanna in the highest. When people heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, they went forth to meet Him. With palm branches they cried out: Hosanna in the highest.
