Description: Anonymous arrangement as a hymn of a theme by Beethoven. The scanned page gives dates of 1824-1887 for "G. Niccolini"; but that person could not be found in a search in 2021. Consensus seems to be that these words were written by Giovanni Battista Niccolini (1782-1861).
