Miserator Dominus,
memoriam faciens mirabilium suorum,
nobis sumendus proponitur versus Deus,
et nos homines Deos faceret,
factus homo,
ut nos homines Deus faceret.
Accedamus ad ipsum sursum sedentem,
qui colitur ab Angelis, et adoratur,
et habebimus unde vivamus.
Panis Angelicus est qui corpus vivificat,
et animam sanctificat.

Mededogende Heer,
met uw wonderen in herinnering,
hebben wij ons afgekeerd van God,
en ons zelf als Goden gemaakt,
maar u, God, bent mens geworden,
om ons tot mensen te maken.
Laten wij naderen tot hem, gezeten in de hoogte,
geëerd en aanbeden door de Engelen,
en het leven verkrijgen.
Het brood der Engelen geeft leven
aan het lichaam, en zuivert de ziel.
