Traditional - or William Henry Monk?

This setting may be "traditional" but it is hardly anonymously so. The tune is by Conrad Kocher (1786-1872), and the familiar harmonization (setting) is by William Henry Monk. I'm inclined to see it moved As with gladness men of old (William Henry Monk). What do others think? -- Chucktalk Giffen 17:08, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

I've moved this page to include the tune's composer in the title. This seems to be the standard we've used with other such score pages. --Bobnotts talk 11:58, 14 January 2009 (UTC)
