Syntax
- {{EdNotes|<optional text>. {{ScoreError|<description of error>}} }} — for minor errors, described in one or two short phrases
- {{EdNotes|1=<optional text>. {{ScoreError|<description of error>}} }} — for minor errors, described in one or two short phrases, and there is an equal sign (=) or colon (:) or an internet address in the optional text
- {{EdNotes|<optional text>. {{ScoreError}} }} — if you have described the score errors in the discussion page
- {{EdNotes|1=<optional text>. {{ScoreError}} }} — there is an equal sign (=) or colon (:) or an internet address in the optional text, and you have described the score errors in the discussion page
Comments
- a. If you used Syntax 1 or 2, and there is no description of the errors on the Discussion page, it is strongly recommended that you put your name and date stamp after the text, so that other users know who flagged the error:

- b. If you used Syntax 3 or 4, please make sure you include a description of the errors on the discussion page; follow the instructions there. If the discussion page does not exist, an error message will be displayed: Please specify the score error(s) on the discussion page.
