Acquaint thyself with God,
and be at peace with him;
and lay up his words, lay up his words in thine heart.
If thou return to the Almighty,
put away iniquity,
Then shall he be thy defense, and thy delight;
Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him,
and he will hear thee,
The Lord will deliver the Righteous,
he will save the humble man,
