French text Adieu m'amour et mon désir, de vous je prens departement. Si je vous ay fait desplaisir, passant vostre commandement, pardonnez moi joyeusement: j'ay mis mon cueur à si grant paine à vous servir loyalement -- helas! helas! j'ay bien perdu ma paine. (2x)

English translation Farewell, my love and my desire; of you I take my leave. If I have displeased you, disregarding (?) your commands, pardon me happily: I have put my heart at such pains to serve you loyally -- alas! alas! -- I have well wasted my trouble.
