Christi Virgo dilectissima,
virtutum operatrix:
opem fer miseris.
Subveni, Domina,
clamantibus ad te iugiter.

Quoniam peccatorum
mole premimur:
et non est qui adjuvet.

Gloria Patri et Filio:
et Spiritui Sancto.

English translation

Virgin most beloved of Christ,
worker of all virtues,
bring aid to the wretched.
Be our perpetual succour,
Lady, when we cry to you.

For we are burdened
with the weight of our sins
and there is none to help us.
