Cum Dominus iratus venis ad judicandum, libera me de morte in die tam [?] tremenda, cum sunt movendi caeli et terra tremens est. Me noli judicare secundum actum meum, sed miserere mei et pie salva me.
English translation
Lord, when you come in your anger to give judgment, free me from death on that fearful day when the heavens move and the earth is shaken. Do not judge me by my deeds but have mercy on me and save me in your righteousness.
