Description: From "Mapa Armonico Practico", 1742. Given as an example of use of violins to accompany sacred music. Text is from the Credo of the Latin Mass. May perhaps have been part of a larger mass. The composer introduces the score with the following comment: "En el ejemplar siguiente se observará que en algunas ocasiónes pueden el acompañamiento, y los violines, hacer juego a parte con las voces, y con diferente imitación, y luego la misma imitación con movimientos contrarios."
