Latin text 2a  Et vidi alterum Angelum ascendentem ab ortu solis, atque clamantem: 3  nolite nocere terrae et mari, neque arboribus quo ad usque signemus servos Dei in frontibus eorum. 4a  et audivi vocem, signatorum dicentium, 12  Amen: Benedictio, claritas, sapientia et gratiarum… actio Deo nostro in saecula seculorum. Amen.

English translation 2a  And I saw another angel ascending from the east, and crying: 3  Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads. 4a  And I heard the voice of them which were sealed, saying: 12  Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving… be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.
