From 1722 to 1726 he was director of the chapel of a Polish nobleman: in 1732 he became a Franciscan novice and returned to Bologna, after having lived in various places.

He was the author of several oratorios:

  • The human heart (1716);
  • The sacrifice of Isaac (1738).
