Good idea!  I suppose the question is whether we should ask for a statement that the submitter ''does not knowingly violate the copyright or other rights of any third parties.

Good idea! I suppose the question is whether we should ask for a statement that the submitter does not knowingly violate the copyright or other rights of any third parties.
