Jeune galant, qui d'envieux effort,
ôter me veut de mon ami tant cher,
à ton causer et despiteulx rapport,
contrainte suis à haute voix crier :

« Ha, maudit sois, qui le blâmez si fort,
incessamment d'un faux courage et fier,
mais plus le blâmez, lui faisant grand tort,
plus oultre aimer je prétends sans danger ».

me séparer de mon ami très cher.
À ta manière de parler et ton piteux état,
je suis contraint de crier à haute voix:

"Ah, maudit sois qui si fort le blâmez incessamment

lui faisant grand tort,
plus je prétends l'aimer sans danger !"
