Born: ca. 1575

Died: ca. 1627

Biography

He was organist at the electoral school of St. Afra from 1604 to about 1621, and then was organist in the service of Rudolf von Bünau in Weesenstein. In addition to his vocal music, most of which was written for the church, he composed 36 intradas (Nuremberg, 1603) and 18 pavans and 12 galliards (Nuremberg, 1604; 2nd ed., 1612).
