Born: 8 February 1765

Died: 26 August 1846

Biography

Scholar of Mozart, who did estimate him highly. He became vice director of choir in Wien. He was first asked to finish Mozart's Requiem, but saw himself unable to do it. He wrote in the style of his teacher.
