Born: 05 October 1951 Died: Biography Kitty Brazelton was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and lives in New York City's East Village. Composing for vocal and instrumental ensembles, singing and improvising since 1970, she has performed throughout the U.S., in Canada and in Europe, releasing six recordings of her work. D.M.A. in composition, Columbia University 1994, she is Composer/Professor at Bennington College where she has taught since 2001.
